What data we process

This website has no forms and no user accounts. We only receive personal data if you phone us or send us an email, and only what you give us: for example, your name, phone number, email address and the content of your enquiry.

To answer your enquiry.

Legal basis

Your consent when you contact us and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Article 6.1(a) and 6.1(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR).

Retention

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, after that, for the periods required by legal obligations.

Recipients

We do not sell your data or disclose it to third parties, except where the law requires it.

Technical data on the server

The server may record technical data about each visit, such as the IP address, for security reasons.

Cookies and local storage

This website uses no cookies, no tracking and no analytics. It only remembers the language you chose, in your browser's local storage (localStorage) under the key lang; you can remove it from your browser settings. Fonts are served from this website itself.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to tresor@tresor.cat.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
